RESA Building Approvals provides building certification services across NSW, supporting residential builders and developers with clear and efficient approval pathways.
We aim to make the certification process organized, predictable and practical - helping projects move forward without unnecessary hold ups.
Where documentation is complete and compliant, CDC assessments are typically completed within 3-5 business days. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity and documentation quality.

Complying Development Certificates (CDC)
We assess each application against applicable State Environmental Planning Policies, local planning controls and the National Construction Code.
Where documentation is well prepared and compliant, CDC approvals are generally issued within 3-5 business days. In more complex cases, additional time may be required
